What does yoga have to do with relationship? Bhakti yoga translates as 'yoga of relationship' in English. It's devotional yoga therapy.
As a Biblical naturopath, pastoral counselor, & yoga therapist, I'm passionate about the intersection between faith, meditation, and traumatology. I'll never forget the moment in my life that hurt enough to finally surrender to God's will and stop running from my personal battle with childhood trauma and sexual assault: the moment I realized that I was now a twice divorced single mom despite extensive efforts to heal.

It's not enough to simply nerd out on all things business and digital marketing when it comes to the intricacies of ministry. Although we do cover the full gamut of faith-based digital & service-based business and course creation, we equally leverage Christian shamanism to call in, manifest, and co-create our ministry with Holy Spirit. The firm foundation upon which we set earned secure attachment; the antidote to love addiction and codependence that feels like soul-mate love - is a stable nervous system. We'll access the full gamet of naturopathic tools: yoga therapy, art therapy/mandalas, transpersonal psychology, somatics, eco-therapy, somatics, flower essences, plant medicine, etc. We'll work through your own live 1:1 Called Reset personal program to leverage the flower essences, homeopathics and herbal remedies you need built on a comprehensive functional medicine test. Then, we'll synthesize a series of biweekly 1:1 sessions using this naturopathic toolbox alongside a content library of streamlined practices.
3. Finally, Call in Soulmate Love
It's time to finally get off the hamsterwheel of love addiction, codependence and relational trauma. We're facing midlife transitions such as divorce with vulnerability, polarity and open hearts. The survival mode tactics of caretaking addicts and emotionally unavailable men is a thing of the past. Instead, we're taking a hard took at our relationship template; aka our attachment style. Odds are, yours is insecure if you've found yourself facing the aftermath of complex (person-centered) trauma & betrayal. Instead of chasing 'twin flame' energy, we're doing the inner work to heal how we show up in relationship. As we heal this template, we exit the tyranny of heartbreak and become a vibration and resonant match for true soulmate love and destiny. Turning to the sanity of a higher power is the foundation of most 12-step recovery programs because this God-attachment is the antidote to the frailty of human romantic love with ripples into each and every aspect of your reality.

The wounds of your past are the very thing you were likely born to help others overcome in this lifetime. It's not enough to simply do the work; it's paramount that we harness this new vitality into your life's work. You'll leave the program with equal parts magical support co-creating this clear calling and practical support sharing that offer with the world. Your shiny designer website will act as your shamanic gateway to host your intentions with the world. We'll use the best of marketing savvy with reiki tactics to call in your dream clients.
6. Yet, a Certification Anyways!
We've done your inner work, got clear about your calling as a healer yourself through the initiation of your battle with CPTSD, and now it's time to equip you with a certificate of completion you can hang on your practitioner wall! You'll receive your International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) Reiki Master certificate. As healers, we can only help others to the extent we've done the work. In this training, you'll attune to the vibration of the Holy Fire to burn away the past and make way for the soul-mate energy and destiny that now hallmarks your work as a healer yourself. You'll also receive a 50-hr Relational Trauma Specialty to add to any existing yoga or yoga therapy training you've already done.
7. Practical, Meet Magical
Let's stop trying to patchwork more healing certificates, business trainings, and marketing tactics.
