As a Biblical naturopath, pastoral counselor, & yoga therapist, I'm passionate about the intersection between faith, meditation, and traumatology. 2. Naturopathy as Plant Medicine
The firm foundation upon which we set earned secure attachment; the antidote to love addiction and codependence that feels like soul-mate love - is a stable nervous system. We'll access the full gamet of naturopathic tools: yoga therapy, art therapy/mandalas, transpersonal psychology, somatics, eco-therapy, somatics, flower essences, plant medicine, etc. We'll work through your own live 1:1 Called Reset personal program to leverage the flower essences, homeopathics and herbal remedies you need built on a comprehensive functional medicine test. Then, we'll synthesize a series of biweekly 1:1 sessions using this naturopathic toolbox alongside a content library of streamlined practices.
3. Finally, Call in Soulmate Love
It's time to finally get off the hamsterwheel of love addiction, codependence and relational trauma. We're facing midlife transitions such as divorce with vulnerability, polarity and open hearts. The survival mode tactics of caretaking addicts and emotionally unavailable men is a thing of the past. Instead, we're taking a hard took at our relationship template; aka our attachment style. Odds are, yours is insecure if you've found yourself facing the aftermath of complex (person-centered) trauma & betrayal. We've done your inner work, got clear about your calling as a healer yourself through the initiation of your battle with CPTSD, and now it's time to equip you with a certificate of completion you can hang on your practitioner wall! You'll receive your International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) Reiki Master certificate. As healers, we can only help others to the extent we've done the work. In this training, you'll attune to the vibration of the Holy Fire to burn away the past and make way for the soul-mate energy and destiny that now hallmarks your work as a healer yourself. You'll also receive a 50-hr Relational Trauma Specialty to add to any existing yoga or yoga therapy training you've already done.

What if I already have reiki/yoga/shamanic training?
This course is designed for those who have no training whatsoever alongside those who are already advanced practitioners. If you're not making enough money in your ministry, this is the course for you. If you're already a practitioner, you'll have something to learn as well. This is a supplement to clinical therapy, and you must not be in an active mental health crisis to attend.

I would set aside 5-8 hours a week over the course of the next year to work the program. You do not have to finish every hour of content in the library within that time; save it for whenever you're ready to go deeper if life gets busy. However, you'll want to stay on track with our 1:1 Called Reset program and live, high touch group reiki training - about 40 hrs over the year.
This program was geared for anyone with a hunger for holistic health and wellness with an emphasis on faith. Although you won't become a 'certified' yoga teacher, you can also call yourself a meditation teacher and leverage yogic concepts and breathwork within your work with clients.
I've done a year-long shamanic apprenticeship, plant medicine courses, MATP degree/eco-pscyhology graduate certificate, Hawaiian Shamanism Level 1 Practitioner Training, & Karuna Holy Fire Reiki III. I started Shamanic work when I was 15, and have practiced since 2013. Vet my credentials here.
You will get out of your protocol proportionately what you invest in the cost of your supplements. I'd set aside $500 initially that will as 90-days (ish) and then expect it to taper back substantially to maintenance over the next 1-2 years. I don't take insurance, but can take HSA if you ask me about it.
We will start working on the foundation of your ministry right away, and the pace in which you complete this section will dictate when we can start. It includes one page, with prebuilt elements, and a single revision session in this price. You maintain it from there. Cost of font licensing fonts not included.
No. All are welcome here, but most of the material is taught from a faith-based perspective. I consider myself a moderate conservative theologically. Whether you are unchurched, dechurched, or seeking, this is a safe space to heal from religious trauma; but it is not a liberal anti-Christian space either.
