So, what is yoga of relationship?
What does yoga have to do with relationship? Bhakti yoga translates as 'yoga of relationship' in English. It's devotional yoga therapy.
As a Biblical naturopath, pastoral counselor, & yoga therapist, I'm passionate about the intersection between faith, meditation, and traumatology. I'll never forget the moment in my life that hurt enough to finally surrender to God's will and stop running from my personal battle with childhood trauma and sexual assault: the moment I realized that I was now a twice divorced single mom despite extensive efforts to heal.
I felt deep shame at not being able to find happily ever after...like I was broken.

You'll receive your International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) Reiki Master certificate. As healers, we can only help others to the extent we've done the work. In this training, you'll attune to the vibration of the Holy Fire to burn away the past and make way for the soul-mate energy and destiny that now hallmarks your work as a healer yourself. You'll also receive a 50-hr Relational Trauma Specialty to add to any existing yoga or yoga therapy training you've already done.

I launched my first humble little practitioner website in 2013, and put my year of graphic design in college to work.
From there, I thought creative direction was just a side hustle. Do I have to be a practitioner already to attend?
No, all are welcome, but the course is approved for 50 hours of APD with IAYT. It's also a complete recovery program too. The course is taught from a faith-based perspective. The tools are most ideally built to help you grow your own complementary therapy lay ministry using Christian spirituality as an integral part of faith and recovery (think, Celebrate Recovery, AA, etc.).
Frequently Asked Questions
What if I already have reiki/yoga/shamanic training?
This course is designed for those who have no training whatsoever alongside those who are already advanced practitioners. If you're not making enough money in your ministry, this is the course for you. If you're already a practitioner, you'll have something to learn as well. This is a supplement to clinical therapy, and you must not be in an active mental health crisis to attend.
How long do I have to complete the course?
You’ll enjoy lifetime access to all the course content, allowing you to revisit the materials whenever you need. However, please note that the coaching sessions included in the package will expire after one year. On a case by case basis, we can extend the time to finish your reiki training up to one more year depending on my availability. Please not that live, 1:1 group reiki trainings are offered 2-3 times a year in virtual retreat fashion. I am willing to work with you to extend as needed, but please know that the live coaching is designed to keep you accountable to finishing the program without letting life get so busy you put this work off another few years.

I would set aside 5-8 hours a week over the course of the next year to work the program. You do not have to finish every hour of content in the library within that time; save it for whenever you're ready to go deeper if life gets busy. However, you'll want to stay on track with our 1:1 Called Reset program and live, high touch group reiki training - about 40 hrs over the year.

I've done a year-long shamanic apprenticeship, plant medicine courses, MATP degree/eco-pscyhology graduate certificate, Hawaiian Shamanism Level 1 Practitioner Training, & Karuna Holy Fire Reiki III. I started Shamanic work when I was 15, and have practiced professionally since 2013.
You will get out of your protocol proportionately what you invest in the cost of your supplements. I'd set aside $500-$1,000 initially that will as 90-days (ish) and then expect it to taper back substantially to maintenance over the next 1-2 years. I don't take insurance, but can take HSA if you ask me about it.
We will start working on the foundation of your ministry right away, and the pace in which you complete this section will dictate when we can start. It includes one page, with prebuilt elements, and a single revision session in this price. You maintain it from there. Cost of font licensing fonts not included.
No. All are welcome here, but most of the material is taught from a faith-based perspective. I consider myself a moderate conservative theologically. Whether you are unchurched, dechurched, or seeking, this is a safe space to heal from religious trauma; but it is not a liberal anti-Christian space either.
